Xiamen Airlines Classes

• Xiamen Air Boeing 737-700's (operations to high altitude airports). Seating in the aircraft is configured in Economy and Business Class cabins.
• Xiamen Air single class Boeing 737-800's (high density routes). Seating is in Economy Class configuration.
• Xiamen Air Boeing 737-800's (on mainland China & Southeast Asian regional routes). Seating is configured in Economy and Business Class cabins.
• Xiamen Air Boeing 757-200's (heavily traveled, long-haul routes). Seating is in First, Business, and Economy Classes. 
• Xiamen Air Boeing 787-8 Dreamliners (long-haul flights on premium routes between Europe, North America and China). Features modern seating configured in First, Business, and Economy Classes. Business and First class seating offers spacious seating transforming into fully flat beds. Xiamen Air First Class seating is the most luxurious that the carrier has ever offered.
• Xiamen Air Boeing 787-9 Dreamliners (long-haul flights on premium routes between Europe, North America and China). Features modern seating, configured in Economy and Business Classes. Business class seating has spacious seating transforming into fully flat beds.

Baggage 

Carry-on baggage: Xiamen Airlines First Class passengers are allowed 2 pieces of hand baggage. Business and Economy Class passengers are allowed one piece. All pieces must not exceed 21.5 x 13.5 x 10 inches (55 x 35 x 25 cm) in size and 5 kg (11 lbs) in weight. These dimensions include handles, wheels, and side pockets.

Checked baggage: All pieces must be 158 cm (62 in) in total (length x width x height).

• First Class: 3 pieces, 71 lb (32 kg) each
• Business Class: 2 pieces, 71 lb (32 kg) each
• Economy Class: 1 piece (2 pieces for passengers traveling between China and Japan, Australia, Canada, the USA) 51 lb (23 kg) each.

Boarding 

• Xiamen Airlines check-in counters located at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport are available for all domestic flights operated by the carrier. For domestic flights check-in counters are opened no later than 90 min before scheduled departure time and closed 30 min before departures.
• Xiamen Airlines also provides the service Check-in Counters Open to All Flights in the domestic departure hall situated at Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport. Passengers may check in for any of the domestic flights of Xiamen Airlines originating from Xiamen at any of these counters in Check-in Concourse A during check-in period for the intraday flight. It saves time and makes the pre-flight process smooth. 
• Before boarding the Xiamen Airlines aircraft, passengers and their baggage have to go through security check.
• Passengers may also decide to purchase flight insurance via 3rd party insurance companies. The payment of premium for the insurance doesn't constitute a waiver of liability or reduce compensation limits of XiamenAir in the event of aviation accident.
• In case passengers fail to arrive at the check-in counters of Xiamen Airlines or at the boarding gate on time, or if they fail to present a ticket, boarding pass, valid ID certificate, or fail to board the aircraft for personal reason, the airline may cancel the seat they booked to avoid flight delays. XiamenAir is not liable for losses or expenses that may result from such cancellations.

Beverages for First and Business Class Xiamen Airlines passengers include:

• Fruit & vegetable juices: Yeshu Coconut Juice (on flights from Fujian and Shenzhen), Huiyuan Orange Juice, Dashijie Olive Juice, Zishan Tomato Juice, Zhonglv Corn Milk 
• Soft drinks: Sprite, Coca-Cola
• Water: Kunlunshan Mineral Water, Zishan Mineral Water, Ganten Purified Water 
• Coffee: Nescafe, Nestle Decaf coffee (Premium First Class) 
• Teas: Huaxiang Empereur Tieh Kwan Yin Tea, Lapsang Souchong Tea, Wong Lo Kat Herbal Tea, Jasmine Tea (available on flights from Fuzhou) 
• Alcoholic drinks: Snow Beer, Yanjing Beer, Chivas, Muse Glory.

Beverages for Economy Class (flights over 1h 25m) 

• Water: Zhonglv Corn Milk 250ml (on flights from Xiamen), Zishan Mineral Water
• Coffee: Nescafe
• Teas: Tieh Kwan Yin Tea. 

Special Meals Service

Xiamen Airlines also offer special meals to satisfy personal preferences and cultural customs. Passengers who need special meal service, have to a request when they purchase their ticket at the ticket office or contact Xiamen Airlines hotline at 95557 in order to make special meal requests, cancellations or changes. 

Muslim meals are available on flight segments served by qualified catering companies and Xiamen Airlines Catering Department. Every season, the department provides a list of flights providing Muslim Meal services.

XiamenAir special meals must be requested at least 24 hours prior to departure of the initial flight.
