Husband and Wife Dead After Plane Crash at Brantford Airport

A husband and wife are dead following a small plane crash in Brantford on Tuesday, November 13.

Emergency crews were called to Brantford Municipal Airport, situated at 110 Aviation Avenue, at around 8:00 a.m. after a Piper-Arrow airplane crashed.

County of Brant, County of Brant Ambulance Service and County of Brant Fire Service responded to the accident.

The couple, from Brampton, were pronounced dead after the crash. They were identified by officers as 81yo Mildred Chamberlain and 76yo Ronald Chamberlain.

Canada's Transportation Safety Board is investigating the crash.
